If you have a question about your nails or feet, you can send us a photograph and a short description. During an online consultation, we discuss your concerns and advise on the next step, whether that is an appointment, guidance on care or seeing another specialist.

- Briefly describe: how long, whether it hurts, whether you have diabetes
- Receive an assessment and a recommendation for the next step
How the consultation can help
A consultation can help you decide whom to see and what information to prepare for your appointment.
A photograph cannot replace a full examination. Diagnosis and treatment planning may require an in-person appointment and further tests.

Frequently asked questions
What kind of photo should I send?
Sharp, well-lit, close-up — ideally from several angles. A blurry photo is hard to assess.
How fast will you reply?
We reply between appointments, so an answer may not be immediate. If your condition worsens quickly, or you have pus or a fever, seek medical care without waiting for an online reply.
Will I get a diagnosis online?
Online we assess the condition and define the next step. A final diagnosis is only made after an examination — that is a matter of patient safety.
