What you get
Fast orientation: some problems need a visit, others resolve with home care. A photo consultation saves you time and unnecessary trips.
Note: an online assessment does not replace an examination — the final diagnosis and treatment plan are set at the visit.

Sharp, well-lit, close-up — ideally from several angles. A blurry photo is hard to assess.
How fast will you reply?
Usually the same day. For acute conditions it is better to call directly.
Will I get a diagnosis online?
Online we assess the condition and define the next step. A final diagnosis is only made after an examination — that is a matter of patient safety.
